I shot one from one of our own members, and his is a canadian model. it barely went over 500 with hobbies 7.0gr pellets. it was also very smooth, like other canadian model springers i have had the pleasure to shoot. I believe that when i asked Mike about them he said they were canadian and he could swap the spring for a low power 8 fpe, a 12 fpe one or a full power...
So the only difference between the 490 fps and 8 or 12 fps is the spring? I have a 490 fps browning leverage, I wonder if it would take a Diana 34 spring? Mike sure has some great deals.
Thanks Dan, I have wanted to post that question about increasing the fps on a Canadian rifle. I guess just changing the spring is the answer. Thank's for posting this thread.Bill
