Do you have a link to the stonykill method you are referencing here? I also sanded down my trigger, at first I did just 0.7mm and everything worked fine. I wanted to take a little more off, and I did too much too fast. Ended up taking 1.00mm off total and now my safety doesn't engage.Did you find a solution? was stonykill's method supposed to be a solution? or did you just buy a new trigger and give it another go?
Here is stoneys story line as far as where are his exact words ... others have done much the same and posted more recent discoveries, not sure if our Ronno has made any new developements lately https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?action=profile;area=showposts;u=13008
I think I'll give Stonykills method a go. His is a permanent mod but we're only talking a couple bucks if I blow it.
It took some Google Fu but I think this is what you are after https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=71863.msg819588#msg819588

I been makin piles of sawdust........I know how to do what I want, and it works well. I had intended to have a spring pocked 3D printed but lost my source...........I may try to machine out of some delrin which I procured for the purpose........The design works very well but at present it is a handful to assemble.I need to add a spring locating nub on the back side of the sear between the pivot pin and the fork.I am thinking maybe a 4-40 socket head machine screw tapped into the sear, but am unsure if that will weaken it.That may facilitate assembly. Gotta try it.I wish the wear was available as a separate part from Daisy but it only comes as part of the trigger group.
