The first Gold medal won in the Olympics was won by a Chinese girl? shooting an air rifle,
there was a quick blurp on late last night.

I am surprized that they even mention the shooting sports, in this day and age, generally it's the back page.   :o

I've been watching some of the clips. Yeah, I'm surprised too. I remember as a kid, they'd actually televise the shooting sports more.

I'm an avid competitive runner, and I've done a few summer biathlons, but they are getting harder and harder to come by. Mostly down in the southern states are they pretty continuous.
