The Benji pumper served me well in the can shoot! (But my arm is tired...)
We had 3 quick and dirty cans shoots, each lasting 5 minutes. There were 5 teams, 2 to each team. As it turned out, Jerry and Nicole were the team on the far east. We were shooting North and the breeze was from the South. Early in the first match, Jerry and Nicole had a perfect hit and the can must have rolled 20 feet. I couldn't believe it, they just continually advanced the can. And then,,, they had another perfect hit, another 20 foot roll. After those 2 fantastic hits, they could have sat down and had a soda and still won! The rest of us had our back sides served to us on a rusty garbage can lid. Lilly's back side was safe, she was the official time and official heckler. It was humbling to watch.BobH.
I shot over 500 pellets during the day with my 2240 and Mark is right, my 2240 with 20 shots out of a 12g, was really moving those cans. I'll be hunting for that elusive blue dum dum sucker. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of some epic annual Illinois shoots for us.Bob and Lilly are the best hosts!! Greatly appreciated!!!!!
No one else took pics?

Regret missing the shoot again this year. One day things might settle down enough to make a shoot and join up with my fellow IL shooters......
