Yong Heng vs HPDAVV

Hello all,
I'm looking at compressors. I was sold on a Yong Heng for the price, but found this HPDAVV compressor on Amazon-
I am not able to spend this much for a compressor currently, but I was thinking about finding one used or refurbished. What is your opinion? It looks like the more expensive unit uses the same water cooling system as the Yong Heng, but is self contained, with a better auto on/ off set up. The big draw for me is the split head with 2 cylinder stages- I would assume this would be less wear and tear vs the single head of the Yong Heng. But, I've also read the Yong Heng has great support and parts are easy to find- no clue about this other one. Would I be able to find parts? It also looks like it has a water/oil separator tower built in, so that's another $60-100 that doesn't have to be tacked on, like I would have to do with the Yong Heng.
I will be filling a Bulldog, Xisico Sentry 705, and a scuba tank for portable use of the guns. I am handy, have the tools, and can rebuild anything I can get parts for, by and large.
So... what would you do? Yong Heng, or the apparently beefier unit? I'm thinking the Yong Heng will run me $350 or so, with a proper water/ oil separator. This other one I would be looking at probably $5-700 or so, used, is my assumption. Worth saving up and searching for the bigger guy, or go with a Yong Heng?

Let me also say that I'm open to other options, too. Right now I can do a $300 compressor, I can't swing a whole lot more than that, maybe $500 for an insane deal. Anything more than that and I'll have to go without until I can save more cash.

I bought one of the YH Davvy clones and it only lasted about 7hrs of use before there was an issue so I sent it back and got a basic YH with a 3 yr warranty. It has 20 hrs on it and continues to run strong and top my tank off from 250bar to 300bar in a half hour.

The smaller YH or their knock offs are not recommended for filling tanks. Guns only.
Some folks do it but I won't.

Thanks for the input! That surprises me about the YH. I've been reading that the small YH is what you want for filling guns AND tanks on a budget, since the small waterless units like the Nomad II are good for guns but will burn out trying to fill tanks.

Like I said... there are folks that do and folks that don't. I don't and I would not ever tell anyone that they should.
It's like anything else, you bought it, you own it and you are welcome to do with it as you choose.

The thing don't weigh much more than a full 100cf scuba tank. And you can use a large Folgers coffee container for your cooling water. It plugs into house current so, it can be easily transported and used to fill your guns virtually anywhere you shoot that has an outlet. I have taken it to the RV/ATV parks with me when my MKIII tank filling compressor was down and in need of a reseal.
Set up a shooting bench and plugged it into the outside outlet on my RV. The water stayed cool enough between fills that I never had a problem... if I ever did, I would just dump and refill the container.

Right now, I would not touch a DAVV. They have completely cut off all support for their customers. Rarely so much as replying if contacted wit an issue.
I would stick with Y.H. and use proper oil and cooling. They fill bottles just fine !
Adding additional cooling to the unit that was sent to me by a fellow member here once mod'ed Never reaches as much as 50C. Simple cut strips of old sweat shirt and wrapped over the piped that get scalding hot, soaked in water (distilled) with a touch of either Red Line Water Wetter, for Royal Purple Ice. This keeps the water from evaporating far longer and really cools the unit.
Looks like H but really changed the character and performance of the unit to a new level.

Thank you! I didn't know about the parts and support issue. Will definitely go with the YH.
