I have such a soft spot for 880s. Interesting work getting that kind of power out of what so many call a "cheap" airgun.Nice optic too! Too much scope looks so nice on these guns.

I get the rings from Amazon also for $10. They are also a good deal imo.

The main visual difference was the o-ring groove looked much wider on the lower power piston. Probably another one of those like Ron recently posted about, except the ring groove was too shallow and too wide imo.

Just finished this gun and got it sighted in, bridged receivers, blued barrel shroud, 1977 piston spring, machined muzzle adapter, Ron's Trigger mod, all new viton seals. Ready for when squirrel season rolls around.
