It depends on how much I plan to shoot. For just a couple of shots I can figure out a way to get it cooked. But for a regular shooting session of 50 or more shots I don't want it to be a workout. I will stick with moderate to low fee break barrels. I have a D280 tuned by Hector, a detuned D34 that is 12 fpe and an HW30S allow which I can shoot for extended sessions. Although the D34 still wears me out after a while.
Do you do any warm exercises before using your airgun? If so, what are they? Do you spend any time in a gym weight training?
