Yeah I'm that idiot that just thinks things should go back to what GTA was once.
Manny is one of those that inspired many of us here.
His Hunting? EPIC! Kind of an honest speaker that ruffled feathers? EPIC!
Kind of an Arse at times? Well. So am I!
Manny is about one of the only Guys I want to meet yet! And I've met some of the best Arse holes in Air Gunning over the years!

I refer to my hand pumping of all my PCP rifles as MANNY STYLE. His hunting posts inspired me and the memory still does. Can't speak to the rest, wasn't on my radar.

Tryingvto get as much as possible out of this .177 avenger, which also reminds me of privateer's red wolf at the fun shoot. As an aside, the Akela is coming together as a 100 yarder too, but not yet NUAH club. Don't get to shoot at a long enough range often enough, but itks getting there the little that I do get to.  Maybethis weekend when I'm out for turkey with my buddy with the 100 yd range east side of the state.

I'm not a hunter and there are no wild pigs around if I did hunt.
But still, I really enjoyed reading Mannys hunting stories.
If everyone had the same opinion, life would be boring.

I love Manny's stuff but he is a man of strong opinions.  I think he left here for a reason.  It'll certainly be more interesting around here with him back.

  My man one day I hope to shoot with you, Hopefully you teach me some sniper's stuff, I fancy myself as a decent sniper but I know I'm not and would love to learn from a pro,


A little true story that happened a month or so ago:

I now work as a caretaker for a big property and they had an old school Hawaiian blessing for it, I was working but my boss told me to come and be part of the blessing, I didn't want to since it was just family but I had to join,
Anyway during it I was standing way back almost hiding behind everybody ( the blessing lasted a couple hours ), all of a sudden the lady stops, turns looks past everyone right at me and asked who I was and my name I was a bit taken aback with everyone now looking at me and she says,

The anchient warriors want to talk to you and thank you for what you are doing to the land,....now that sure made me feel good, but the best still had to come,

she goes on with,

You are honest end not afraid to speak your mind even if at time it gets you into trubble, the worriors say stay true to yourself be who you are.


How did she know that ?!?! ....gave me chicken skin.


Anyway thanks everyone for the welcome, even the haters that only like to hear what makes them comfortable and bury their heads in the sand.

I could say a lot more but You and I and others know there is no need for that.
I don't give a rats behind if some don't like your return. I'm sure they don't like me much also!
Can't say I lose any sleep over that.

It is my hope that I can one day, some how, some where, meet face to face even if We don't get to shoot together.
I do know, first hand, that some of your Evanix Guns WILL reach out to 75 - 100 yards with deadly results!
