Thanks guys!Yeah, I'm well aware of the K designation, and the point was that there is nothing Kurtz = Short with this gun - my full-length D52 is actually one centimeter shorter than this D54 "K", and that's off the barrel.
Thanks again, guys!Hector,So, the K stands for Kustom - that's just too funny! (and ripe for misunderstandings)So, given the indentations, I probably shouldn't fire off a shot before checking the presence / absence of said washers, and the stock screw torques. At first I reckoned this gun was shipped directly off the Diana factory back in 2012. But the seller provided a test shot target shot by you, according to the seller:a circa 6 mm (c-c) 5-shot group at 30 meters, pellets used not mentioned (obviously Exact 13.73), nor method of shooting (I assume fully rested).Included is a chrono stat of 832 fps / 21 ft./lbs., again without pellet (obviously Exact 13.73).Was this target shot and the stats on it written by you? It doesn't seem German in origin, especially with the fps & foot-pounds etc.So, was this gun sent to you fresh from Germany for a checkup, and from you to the original owner?
Group was shot after just 10 shots to try to reduce the dieseling, from the FT sitting position, with a Vortex Optics Diamondback 4-12X40 AO.Those guns CAN shoot! LOL!
