TheOtherSprocket, Im not sure if someone here did this before me, maybe maybenot. A few months ago i took a bolt and put the same CPUM 10.5gr on the probe. Seeing the pellet skirt plugged by the probe i thought it would be alot better if air was directed into the Pellet skirt. So i made the first Modflowbolt and in couple weeks, ModFlow Bolt spread to every non Extended probe bolt i own. Makes me wonder if an extended probe modflow bolt would be an interesting thing, havent tried yet i might though. When temps get above -10C' ill be able to get more chronograph numbers. Next to run the chrony will be the longest ones < 1322x21" Longtail and 1377x18" Longneck. Another time will get numbers on C362x18" # 430 and C362x21" #263. Having a number of 13xxs, i find differences in each one. Some have short light triggers others, tight barrels that like light pellets, looser barrels that only shoot heavier pellets and medium barrels that can group nearly all weights. TheOtherSprocket,2A Georgia, Thankyou for your replies.ExcellentWork.NVak
2A Georgia, Thats great., my 2240 iv had since last fall, i havent tried it with the 7" oem barrel. Each empty cart brought about a different barrel, Ive tried 10.1" in .177 and .22, .22x14.6",. For now it has a 1377x10.1" w LDC. The barrel is a looser fit, hole in hole @20yards for around 30- 35 shots in the cold with CPPirhana 10.5gr < hard to find a barrel that likes CPPirhana 10.5s. Also does good with CPHP 7.9gr and CPUM 10.5gr. Another 10.1" .177 that shoots light 6.9-7.4gr is sitting fornow. I like setting up the 2240 /1740 with pellets that my other AGs dont use. Having tried a stronger .042 hammer spring, , i changed back to the original and added lock washers as shims to the Hammerspring. Opened transfer ports 2 shims in Hammer spring1 of 2240 barrelband2 of 2260 barrelbandDrM Mount w Short Vertical GripBRLDC1399StockWhats going on with your 1322?2A Georgia. When you tear it down, check the tube for burrs, etc. My first guess is that the piston seal is cut somehow so you aren't getting air into the valve to hold...The hammer pin failing is a little odd to me.Good luck!
