Yes, & the 44g.
So I've been wanting to say this for a long time I had gotten some .254cal, 38.5(?) grain slugs from Nick....now I believe that these slugs were good for my rifle... the only problem is that my velocities were not close enough to get good groups but I noticed that when it shot the Slugs around the same velocity it would go in the same hole so that tells me that I probably need a regulator for my Sumatra ...has anyone done that?

Try sizing to.252 which if your.25 Sumatra's barrel is the same as mine it will be just.0005 larger than the groove diameter. Sizing die from NOE aren't very expensive. I believe that anyone trying to shoot slugs out of their airifles need to do this weather they're shooting swaged slugs or are casting them themselves.
You don't have to cast. I'm just suggesting you size your store bought slugs so they would be more consistent. All you need is a sizing bushing and push pin.
