The graduation party had a big spread to choose from. It happened kind of late for me to be eating most of it, but I had my share of Ceviche and got by with it.
Glad you found some X. I remember you saying that you hadn't seen any in your area. It's really good when grilled. I tried this sweet and spicy bacon Whataburger and it was pretty good. The spice is maybe close to a medium heat at most.
Put a pork shoulder in the smoker at 2230. This is the first one I've ever done in the smoker. Don't really know what I'm doing. We'll see how it turns out in about 16 hours.

After 18 hours in the smoker, the pig shoulder was fall apart tender. Made up some pulled pork with Sweet Baby Rays and Dale sauce. Wife loved it, so I'll be doing it again.
