I quartered 3 squirrels,washed them in cold water,placed them in tupperware bowl with a handfull of salt overnight. Then i changed the water a couple of times too remove salt ,then drained water off . I dipped the parts in soy and then rubbed the seasoning on all parts both sides. Then layed parts on the 1" inch. high grate and set timer for 10 min. ,after 10 min. i turned them over and did another 10 min. on other side . Done
Fantastic taste.

I don't know many people who own a Nuwave oven, but those who do, love it.
