Alex, I have a Shooting Chrony Alpha Master. I've had it for close to four years & I can count the number of errors in that time on one hand. Now granted, I always shoot outdoors, live in Florida where there are generally fair/sunny days. I always use it with the diffusers. At the end of the day, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give the Alpha Master a 9. I really like the remote display. I'd also advise no matter what brand of chrony you buy, get yourself some Poly Carbonate or Lexan for a front shield, before you join the "I shot my chrony" club. Not sure why some folks are so reluctant to spend a few bucks on Poly/Lexan as insurance to protect their chrony. Maybe they just think they'll never shoot their chrony, until they actually do!
