anticipation .... .... tofaz and I did around 6 months of big bore jail waiting time for our badgers ... was it was worth it .... judge for yourself ..
Straight from the horses mouth, so to speak:"We are making the Badger. We started designing the Badger almost 3 year ears ago. It's taken a lot longer than we expected to get everything sorted out. For example I am meeting today with a packaging company to get a box designed for shipping it. The higher volume presents problems we never dealt with before. We have begun machining the final parts to begin shipping in about 2 weeks. Initially it will be 10 guns a week for a couple of weeks so we can get our procedures dialed in. We will increase to 20 per week. It will still take several months to fill all the backorders that I know about. The Badger is built out of exactly the same aircraft grade materials we use in the XP guns, still has a Cerakote finish. There is no compromise in the quality of the Badger. The Badger is built to be owner friendly, easy to work on and customize.I'm sure Air Gun Depot is tired of answering questions about shipping delays, and it's not their fault. When you get the Badger, we want you to be impressed with it's quality. Some companies have gotten a reputation for selling unproven ideas and the guns do not live up to the advertising. The Badger is built to be the best big bore airgun under $1000."On a side note, if you call Airgun Depot and ask them, they will tell you what number you are on the waiting list. I'm number 21 :-)

has anyone else noticed The price for the badger has increased in price to 799.
Quote from: Monster on May 13, 2017, 10:28:57 AMhas anyone else noticed The price for the badger has increased in price to 799.I noticed that this morning just logged on to see if anyone else had noticed. Glad I pre-ordered mine back in February. With a increase in demand will come a increase in cost. Wonder if this increase came from xp do to unforeseen production costs or from airgun depot. "There probably sick of taking phone calls abut when these rifles will be available or shipped "Hope that something better doesn't become available in the $700. Price range I might end up eating $60. Worth of .40 cal lead. If things don't start moving along.

Thanks for the congrats! I've had some Neilsen slugs sitting on the shelf for a couple months now. Itching to give them a shot if this blasted gun ever gets here!
