Which Hatsan???

Hello, first post here.
Recently, I have been looking for more power for my arsenal. I've been looking into the hatsan 125, 125 sniper and 135. I know that the 135 has a larger diameter receiver than the other two, but i am curious as to which rifle has proven to last over time. Is there a better one out of the three?? I have read about these guns locking up due to sear/trigger issues. Is there a difference between the black and gold quattro trigger? Thanks for any input

Welcome to the GTA.
It's a matter of taste. Either one is good.
I would choose the 135.

All 3 are good choices, hard hitting & reliable power house guns. Just require some finesse to hold & shoot, a trait you'll develop with practice. The 125 & 135 kick like a couple of PO'd mules & if you're not used to magnum springers take some getting used to.

Knowing what I know now, I'd opt for the plain jane Hatsan Mod 125.
The Sniper's comb stock has too many issues. You'll probably always be futzing with it. Or sending it back for a warranty replacement. FWIW, I prefer the plain jane stock over the Sniper's anyway. Shoulders much better for me. The Sniper's stock feels 'chunky' in comparison.
Don't like wood stocks so the 135 is out. Besides, I thought that the 125 & 135 were the same now in terms of swept volume? Not much of a difference to begin with. I had a Hatsan Mod 155 Torpedo .22 which has the same powerplant as the 135 & altho it was one of my most powerful Hatsan super magnums, I currently have a Walther Talon Magnum (WTM, AKA Hatsan Mod 125) .22 that's actually more powerful. Both are/were coil spring rifles.
So ... my vote is for the plain jane Hatsan Mod 125.
