dzrod bumblebee
(1/1)

Don't know much about them but I stumbled across a yellow one in a thrift store. It looks complete and the guy says it was his and works(will refund if it does not). He will let it go for 45.00. My question is: Are these fun reliable shooters? Also, as I live in the burbs I have limited backyard space and I can only do about 7 yds in my garage so does this guy need more "room"? If I'm not going to enjoy it I'll pass. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
45Man:
This is what you are referring to? It's worth $45.

It's an earlier version of this.

I would never use a BB gun indoors at the range you specify, BB's are steel and will ricochet. A low power pellet gun would be a better choice.

Thanks for the info. There was a mix up on the price(he was not at the booth and was talking to the guy I was speaking to over the phone). He wants 145 but it has 2 xtra mags which seem to go for 60 each from what I have researched. The more I have found out about it the more intriguing it becomes. It's probably one of those things you either hate or love. I think I can beef up my garage target trap but am more concerned about containing it out side. On the fence right now.
Acapulco:
This is the Bee. It's a fun gun, but a little loud. Let me know if you have any questions ?

Great Acapulco. That's the one. Is it reliable? Can you use steel bb's? Accurate or fairly accurate? What is a realistic max distance? I have a 10" x 10" duct seal trap in a 4' x4' section of plywood that contains all my pellet and bb gun shots right now. Do you think that would work with the Drozd? As I have neighbors all around I am only about 15yds away from them. I don't want an errant shot ricochet over the fence.
