First airgun: age 10, multi-pump pellet/BB. Various pump and CO2 rifles and pistols came and went. A few entry-level spring and gas pistons entered the scene.  Then my first Red Ryder after a few decades of life--why did I wait so long for that cheap, easy, quick fun? Now on my first PCP.

A target or plinking session with an airgun is amazingly relaxing (though less so with multi-pump single shot types). Quiet varmint and pest control also plays a role.
