The Chinese probably grow a tree that is named "European Hardwood"
Just ordered one. Shipping is $29 to CA. Happy Father Day to me!
I hear ya John.... I'm not even a bullpup guy and I had to take a second look. Not sure if I like that underlever though.
I woke up this morning and thought I had been having a vivid dream. I had come super close to going into debt to buy something I did not need, only wanted. Turned out it too had one issue come to light, and my innate superpower to procrastinate kicked in. I thought the dream was all about finding a bullpup that could work for me, and by some miracle the price went from affordable to ridiculously good; which never hardly happens to yours truly. My entire life has followed only one business model; buy high and sell low (or just give it away).Making a pot of Joe, I came to my newest hang-out spot; GTA. Lo and behold the thread that talked of the crazy price was not where I thought it was. See, it must have just been a dream after all; nobody knocks a "C" note off an air rifle these days just for the heck of it. America has turned into a "Gouge-a-Thon" in progress in the last few months. So then why did I think I answered this thread? Yeah, did I? I went to my posts and there it was, so now I'm here with a .177 Underlever in my cart. I just bought a .22 PCP for vermin and wanted something cheaper to shoot for the range (if I actually ever get there). Do I call their bluff, or do I fold? Right now, even this apparent bargain might lead to other financial problems. I was supposed to save for a compressor. What is a muther to do? Heaven help me! I'm in the hands of maniacs! I see a signpost up ahead....your next stop: Your order has been sent! Some friends you are! I asked that you all buy these up to prevent this financial debacle from coming my way, on the bright side, at least I have a lot of .177 pellets in the old "just in case" of SHTF scenario 175 comes to pass. I guess in way, it just happened.
