On of my Dan's blew an "O" ring on the bolt............
a Rocker safety model.
I took off the cover and the bolt lug has been rounded off and the 1/8" hex socket will not remove it,
any suggestions on how to remove it?
The only thing I can think of, is to clamp it in the mini mill and use a very small end mill to remove the lug,
until I can get the bolt out etc.
Your thoughts or suggestions..........will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Don

Use a thin cutting wheel and make a slot in the end of the lug. Then use a flat blade screwdriver to unscrew it.

They might sound like a lot of work till you realize you only need 3-4 pumps for plinking.

Yep, one of those wafer thin brown disks in a rotary tool.
I like to use one that's worn pretty small so theres less risk of knicking the gun.
