If you want to cast your own, the NOE .22 Target pellet has the nose (0.199") larger than the inside of the skirt (0.180")....https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/224/217-17-wc-ce5/Unfortunately, the molds are sold out at the moment....Bob
As I seem to recall from several of us shooting the daylights out of some modded ones back in the 90s, a little lube went a long way. Finish Line, I believe it was. Like a dry film wax but went on wet.

What about wide hollow points, such as the Crow Magnum?https://www.pyramydair.com/product/h-n-crow-magnum-22-cal-18-21-grains-hollowpoint-200ct?p=732Would round ball work (assuming it is large enough in diameter to grip rifling)?https://www.pyramydair.com/product/gamo-round-22-cal-15-43-grains-lead-balls-250ct?p=610
And another thing..... to watch for is pellet OAL. I'm traveling and won't see my 600's until Friday night, so measure the swing arm for the maximum pellet length that it can handle. Many pellets are simple too long for the 600 even if they were loaded induvidually.
Thanks for all of the good replies/advice folks! I decided to try the RWS Hobbies again since they were mentioned a few times and I have them, but they still caused more jams than CPHPs, and the increase in velocity was only ~25 FPS, which didn't make up for the decreased mass with regards to overall energy. I went ahead and pre-ordered the H&N wadcutters from PA as they were the only ones that even had an in-stock date (6/15), all the other recommended pellets carried by PA or AGD were "Notify me when available." If the H&Ns don't work I'll probably just wait for RWS Meisterkugelns to be back in stock, or maybe try the JSBs from Mac1's website (he seems to have other hard-to-find pellets in stock right now, BTW). In the meantime I managed to snag a 250 count tin of Super Pells for a good price on Ebay, and there are more available at reasonable prices. If none of these things work I can try lubing or even casting my own, so one way or another I will keep my 600 happy . Thanks again everyone!
If super pells work I may have a spare tube or 2, might be a good pellet to have NOE make a mold for

Thanks again everyone! For some reason I keep thinking we used CP domes back then, I really do. The harder lead plus the dome when slicked up with good lube allowed the skirt of the pellet above slide sideways off it pretty easy. But *please* don't quote me on this, it is just a dim half-faded recollection from 28 years ago or so...but I'm almost sure of it (says the old guy).
