in the meantime , you could certainly get the mx210 running nicely.. the bushing in the apron could probbaly be replaced with something you could make on the lathe from brasss or bronze .. the dial thing is just determining the pitch of the leadscrew

Any reject parts are used to assemble the no-name stuff... Nothing goes to waste. Except maybe the truly unusable parts- but those will simply get melted back down and re-cast...
well we can calculate the power.. 100volts times 22.3 amps =2230 watts /746=2.98 HP PeaK NOMINAL , WITHOUT FRYING THE MOTOR , is lower than that and about 1.75 hp/ that means it can run all day at 1.75 hp or 1305 watts.. A large cpu fan will do the trick
