Thanks Craig for pointing it out!
Hear Ye, Hear Ye!
Come one, come all... Casual Match #6 of 2020/2021 is open for business.!!!
The Casual Match is a fun match. Shoot whatever you want at 10M (more or less depending on what you have available), use any position or rest that you prefer. See below for the details.
Rules are the same as for the 50’ Casual Match, except distance is 10M instead of 50’, using the 50’ target of choice. If you are limited to distance, shoot at whatever distance you have available. Classes are PCP Rifle (includes any rifle except spring or nitro pistons), Jumper (Piston Rifle, spring or gas), and Pistol. One entry may be made in each class.
The match to run 2 weeks, through Sunday, 2/14/21.
The 50’ rules and targets may be found at:
http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=114644.0 (http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=114644.0)

PCP, Jumper or Pistol Class

My first 200, and finally outshot my HW30 with my HW95. Doesn’t feel or look like a 200 to me, but scoring with the head of a wadcutter, it’s what I get.
If it touches the dot, it’s a 10.
The 95 is really coming around. I have 1,000 total since putting the 22 barrel on it. The first 300 shots were per Hector’s barrel run in procedure.
700 since then and it keeps getting more consistent. I believe a more competent shooter could do better than what I show here.
Can’t wait to be able to get outside and shoot some longer ranges.

Looks like to me Kurt, that you are competent yourself. Very good shooting.
Don

Thanks Don.
Hard to tell much at 10m, but if I am not consistent at that range, farther wont be better.
-
Nice job Kurt!!!

My packaged scope got sent back when it failed after a month. I’m pretty sure the replacement just died on me halfway through this target. Thanks for nothing Umarex, guess it’s time to get that Hammers.

I have her and my targets printed out, lets see what we can do?

Here is my entry, maybe not a 200 but after all I went through and the growing pains of the DAR, I am very happy with the result.
