I'm ready to move up from my Hawke Airmax 30 SF scopes (I have three of them, 4-16x50, 6-24x50 and 8-32x50) and am considering a Sightron 10-50x60. But I'm totally confused about the different models they offer. Can someone help me with a brief tutorial on what I should be looking for? Please? I've seen terms like FFP (and I think SFP) and don't understand what it means. Also "LR Narrow Duplex" and "LR Wide Duplex". And should I go for 1/4 MOA or 1/8 MOA? I do want an illuminated reticle. Of my three Airmax 30 scopes I have the hardest time with the 8-32x50. I don't know why, but I have a real hard time getting a clear sight picture. Maybe because of my progressive eyeglasses. The 6-24x50 is a lot better, but doesn't have a high enough magnification and I would like to have it brighter. And as good as it is, clicking to adjust the elevation isn't as consistent as I'd like when returning to the zero position. Thanks very much for any help.
Depending on how bad your eyesight is, specially as regards to color sensitivity, you may find that there is little difference between a SIGHTRON and a March. If you are "color challenged" then some of the Opti-San scopes will resolve focus and range better for you.

... scopes that do equally as well if not better being a whole lot smaller & lighter.
