I've been after this guy all day, he was VERY skiddish. The second I would peak my head around the bushes I was hiding in the would bolt.
I was waiting in those dang bushes since 9AM in the 90+ heat.  >:(
But FINNALY I managed to poke my head out of the bushes to see him sitting on a branch munchin' on a pine cone at about 45 yards, being sighted in at 50, I was ecstatic.

I eased the Walther Talon around the side and braced it on my knee, took aim, but I just couldn't stay steady. After all I was by now PUMPED and ready to go inside. Took a deep breathe in and relaxed to the best of my ability, put the crosshair right over his eye and squeezed off the shot. Man did he get hit hard, I actually heard the impact echo around the property. He fell right off his perch and that was it, not even a dance.  8)
