Beeman model 250 (20 caliber)

(1/1)

sammymartineau:
Anyone have info on this? Very hard to find out much...one of 40 made? What's it worth?... etc.

oldair:
Beeman Model 250 was a Diana 45 - plenty of info is available on them.

SteveP-52:
Description from the Blue Book of Airguns:
MODEL 250
- .177, .20, or .22 cal., BBC, SP, 830/750/650 FPS, 20.5 in. barrel, 7.8 lbs. Disc. 1981.

I don't put much stock in the estimated prices they list since any gun is only what someone is willing to pay for it.

DanD:
What's interesting about this is its .20 caliberness.

Could we see a pic of the compete gun? Is it a standard beech stock?

SteveP-52:
Knowing GTA members, he's probably already got at least 4 or 5 pm's offering to buy it, especially because of the
.20 caliber part...lol.

Don't know my Beeman history as well as I'd like, but think I read somewhere that in 1981, Beeman was just trying
to get started and get the Euro gun makers to build guns with his name on them. Diana might well have been one of
the first to say ok and might also be why only 40 were made in the caliber??

For what it might be worth info wise, I also came across this page on the beemans.net site:
