What have you experienced regarding Gamo warranty service? Do they fix things in a timely manner? Are parts available?

Only used them for an issue with the magazine. The O-ring broke and used the website to request a new one. They were very quick to respond, however the magazine never showed up. I called them in early spring and gave them the scenario. They said the online system was very backlogged and calling was the best option. The new magazine arrived within the week.
