how much do those mags cost?
I emailed Gamo this pic, haven’t heard back yet. Maybe when business starts on Monday. Too bad your new magazine is the same as the other one.
my new urban magazine does the same thing,i wonder if i could actually get a live person on the phone if i called gamo usa?dont want to do the nail polish trick until i know for sure im not sending the gun back. (so far accuracy is excellent,so chances are ill keep it)

Still haven’t heard from Gamo. I sent the msg with the pic twice, but have got no response. My Urban is under less than one year old, but I didn’t register it. Airnut, what email address did you use to get a response?

Got it! a rep from Gamo USA got it touch with me, asked for pics which show the out of alignment magazine, verified my purchase, and sent me a replacement magazine. Gamo customer service was great for me.I will use some of the tricks stated above to salvage my original magazine.
