I finally got another tripod and a heavy duty 10' extension chord to plug in the wall wort for the chronograph's IR lights. Needed them to shoot any video at all again. I hope it revealed what you sought? It definitely has some knock-down power with those heavy 1/4 inch diameter pellets. If that big coyote comes in my back yard again, after eatin' two of my cats, this is what he'll see...

I just did another video on the .25 caliber pellets the Benjamin Trail NP XL725 uses. Episode #30 I shot yesterday on eclipse day as well! Pigs, Pellets & rifles...

Thanks! I feel a need to prove to this mixed-up " max out everything" world that you don't need an air-powered 20mm canon to kill feral pigs with. Nor the pom-pom guns in 20, 30 & 40mm dad used on the USS West Virginia. I really think .22's and .25's, the right rifle and pellet mind you, will do just fine. Getting closer to getting out there with my handicapped proboscis. Got videos on my Youtube channel (unionrdr's channel) about such things to help handicapped folks get out there again. " Pimp My Walker" is the first.

Here's my latest Airgun Shooter video where I test two calibers of H&N Hornet pellets. Including the .25 caliber version in my Benjamin Trail NP XL725! I was pleasantly surprised by the results! And don't forget to read the description under the video sometime. More and interesting information I'm sure you'd like to read!

For those of you that didn't go to Youtube and read the description, here's some chrono readouts for the .25cal pellets and the Benjamin Trail NP XL725.
.25 H&N hornet @ 24.38gr;
.25 H&N FTT @ 19.91gr;
JSB Exact King .25 @ 25.39gr;
So, as you can readily see, These are without a doubt my top 3 for hunting! H&N Hornet #1, since it gives the most power consistently in FPE. The H&N FTT a very close 2nd in Power, but higher by a good lil bit in velocity. Just not as consistently powerful as the Hornet. The JSB Exact King .25 is a close third, as it's power is between 24.41 and 26 FPE flat, it's velocity is some 100FPS slower than the others. So good for coons, possums, etc of a similar size where you can get in closer for the coo de grah.
