I have but they were cast and sized by me. I removed the barrel and pushed a slug through it. I then measured to find out the groove diameter. I cast the slugs up and sized them to.252 inches. The groove diameter measured .2515 so I'm sizing.0005 over groove diameter. Lani52 is the one who taught me that. Shooting slugs take a bit more work to shoot accurately than pellets.
What size of slugs were you trying?

I've had minimal luck with the Knockouts in any of my barrels- even after sizing. Not saying they're bad... I just haven't found the ideal mix of velocity and barrel. It may be worth trying NSAs... But the .25 knockouts may just need an unchoked barrel along with sizing.I use a sizing die with my ShinSung 9mm when using slugs- even with the NSAs, and they're excellent. The 9mm pellets do just fine without sizing.
You're confusing the heck out of me Darrell. The title says.25 cal but you're talking about.218 which is.22 cal.

The title says.25 cal but you're talking about.218 which is.22 cal.Right....my apologies..I ordered 22 cal at the same time....and I bought the plain old .25 cal not the .251 (probably should get some of these tho)
These are 43 grains and are suppose to be very accurate out of the Sumatra.https://www.pyramydair.com/product/seneca-25-cal-43-2-grains-pointed-83ct?p=1469I personally have not shot them at more than 35 yards. I've been shooting mp 47 round nose boat tails and have been very pleased with the accuracy. At a hundred yards with a slight breeze I was hitting a 1" swinging target 3 out of 5 times rested on the hood of my truck using my rifle case as a front rest.
I just finally settled on polymags...not heavy but they do what I want them to do
Late to the party, but thought I'd throw in my feedback in case it was useful. My Piatt Sumatra might do well with pellets if the power wheel is turned down, but I've left it at three clicks away from full power. It'll send the .25 EJs at over 1000 FPS, usually hovering in the high 900s after a couple shots. I ordered a bunch of 48gr HP slugs from Rick on ebay a couple years back, and that's all I use now. I've never stretched it to 50 yards, so maybe the accuracy will change at that yardage. However...at 30 yards, they'll touch holes. Those slugs will usually travel around the mid 900s, and they seem to like that speed. I haven't shot pellets because there aren't any that are heavy enough.

I too run my .25 WP carbine at three clicks down from full throttle. But this carbine seems to shoot just about everything accurately. H&N Baracudas do quite well too.
