Excellent idea to check the printer capacity. Yes, cereal & soda boxes are great backer cardboard, but pretty messy. I'm just looking for the type of paper that commercial targets are made of.
I'm thinking about trying them. Do you have any experience with that paper?
I find the 110 Georgia Pacific that Ed posted at the local Walmart. It gives a nice clean punched hole, especially with a wad-cutter.
Thanks everyone. I did check my printer and it can handle that weight.
Feel really bad for you folks. It's so nice to work in a print shop where I can design and print my own targets.Virtually unlimited access to waste paper usually printed on one side. Found best results with #65 cover stock and heavier.Uncoated papers work best.
