Hi Nathan, it comes with the converter yep. There is a pre-filter inside and it's supposed to have an oil/water separator as well, on the bleed I suppose, but it doesn't come with the fill whip filter. So something I'd definitely recommend getting. I've got a few of the medium size ones with the cotton filters and I've got some of the bigger black filters coming.

After having two Xisico rifles the company seems to build decent products.  I have taken one of them apart completely and I thought the build quality was impressive.  I remember when Travis was putting one of those compressors through a lot of torture with great results.  At the price of them it would be hard to turn down if I already didn't have a compressor.
