Glad no one was seriously hurt.That's exactly what I was thinking. The spoon is curved, why not throw the pellet back one in every 100,000 shots. Main thing is the kid didn't get hit. Another excellence example to never get lazy and always wear safety glasses. Thank you for sharing, its a good reminder.
I made a spinner rack on the underside of a 2x10, and my assorted spoons can only rotate 90 degrees when hit. Do you guys think it would be prone to the same issues you are describing here ? I'm thinking that with limited rotation, it would be theoretically safer. Your thoughts ?
