Question for yall. If I remove the two little screws along with the single shot tray in the 1720T, will a Prod barrel, magazine, and bolt fit in the 1720T breech?
From a manufacturing standpoint, it would be genius to machine the breeches the same, minus the tray and magazine, hence the question.

No, that would be too easy. The 1720T breech opening is wider, and is angled at both ends to better fit your fingers for single shot loading. The bolts don't cross either. The lug is in different positions.
FWIW: That single shot tray won't remove without pulling the bolt out.
