I would strongly suggest that when replacing the trigger group, you pull the trigger (safety OFF), and keep it pulled back while you snug up and then tighten the screws that hold the trigger group to the main tube.... When the hammer is in the forward (uncocked) position, it must be able to push the sear down behind the drop latch.... Pulling the trigger GUARANTEES that will occur.... Otherwise, you could cause the very problem you are inspecting for....Bob
OLD Corps, to remove your trigger group ensure that the safety if off and the hammer has fallen. No need to De-Gas for this. Turn the AG upsie down and remove the stock screw. Remove the stock and you will see the trigger group. Next, ensure that the safety is off and the hammer is forward and then remove the 3 small allen screws holding the trigger group in place. Easy as that. Replace the same way ensuring that the hammer is all the way forward then work your way with the allen screws from the front(muzzle end) to the rear. Matt
