Diff between drager cga347 and valve on air Venturi tank?

Ok, I've got the drager scba carbon fier tank just like many other on here and I can not get the air Venturi scba fill adaptor to seal at the valve. This is the same fill setup sold with the air venturi scba tank so it should work, right? it was recommened by others on this site, so i figure it should work. I found new orings and that didn't do it. I tried hand tight and wrench tight, I replaced the valve with a known good one and tried again with new o rings and it still won't seal at the valve. I took the new valve to the fire dept I get my tank filled and they had no issues filling it and tested the seal. All good. I get home and hook up this &^^& adaptor to it and it leaks. Even with new orings. I've got a much better adaptor on the way, but it won't be here for this weekend cause I wasted too much time trying to get this one working and didn't order til yesterday but I really want to be able to use the tank this weekend. If anyone has knowlage of a particular issue with this set up please let me know. P.s even if this is just an issue with my set up, I would not recommend buying this set-up. The bleeder valve is just a rough hole cast into the shaft of the adaptor with a plastic bb in it. There is a metal collar with a grove on the inside bore that goes over it. I can't see this sealing for long. Every time you open and close it, the ball gets gouged.
