I have parts on back0 order from Crosman for the Kratos.Until the end of August, my warrantee request for 2 gauges and a power wheel had been filledAn order for a valve poppet and a valve return spring were invoiced to me on August 25 and have not been shipped. At the time of the order one of each were in inventory. I called Crosman this week and I was informed a backlog had occurred on orders shipping during the holidays and would be shipped and I would get an email when it did.The part numbers are: cr052 & cr054.My problem is that while the Chinese show innovation in design, the lack of quality control, the lack of follow through on customer problems and the poor quality of execution erase any innovation advantages one would gain when purchasing the latest dual gauge, dual bottle sidelever with power steering and air conditioning.I have the advantage here as I have owned and modded 2 Benjamin Narauders, 3 if I count my Prod. I have spent close to $1000.oo on after market parts to bring it up to Kral NP03 design and quality standards. The Mrods which are always a safe bet, wane pale in comparison to the quality of the Kratos and the rest of the Craftsman series. The Mrods do not match the power, ease of working on the platform, consustancy in shot to shot velocities, the innovation and that fabulous sidelever and adjustability of the Craftsnan They all suffer from the lack longer non choked barrels and longer magazines.Regards,Roachcreek
