I double fed my Urban one time to many during the learning curve on the rifle and blew the baffles out of the ugly pickle. Well it was ugly anyways. After reading about all of the cutting and Dremal tools and hacksaws and whatnot, I just removed the barrel from the action, clamped it in a wood vice and put on my welding gloves. I got my propane torch and hit the swaged/bonded area for a few seconds, grabbed the darn pickle and yanked it off free and clear. No damage was done to the barrel, bluing or accuracy. But, I am not familiar with your specific rifle, cannot say fire is the solution . But I am a pickle free zone now.
