My local Walmart has them on stock on and off. Usually, 8-10 packs at a time

No hate here, I just leave them where they are for the shooters with guns that do shoot them well :)
-
Unfortunately delivery is not available even if Walmart says so.
I tried 3 times (with various accounts) and when I get to check out it will always make me pick them up from some Walmart store 12 miles away.
Walmart has the worst, unreliable website among all the big retailers.
They also limit the amount to 6 tins.
Walmart can go #$%@ itself.
-
No delivery available, but thanks for the heads up
There were only 3 left locally when I checked 2 mn ago.

I absolutely agree! It only let's me order two at a time and then at checkout it tells me delivery is not available, nor is shipping to the store. It let's me buy all the .177 pellets I want and ships to my door but screws me with .22. Screw Walmart!!! >:(
-
I have several guns that shoot them well.... thanks for leaving them for me.... ;)

Same here. I gave away or swapped most of my CPHP.

I could go to the store but I try to avoid walmart as much as possible so I grab them when delivery shows up. they just delivered them to me from the local store and they substituted one can of 500cphp with 2 cans of 400 piranhas. not sure what I'll do with those. maybe my bro will get them for Christmas :P

LOL

I can't get them delivered, but if you set up an account you can order them for pickup. That way you know that they're there. If I go in person the one closest to me keeps them locked up and good luck getting the employee with the key. The next closest is usually sold out. I just ordered four .22 CPHP because I'm running low.

Not for a.k.a. Tommy Boy. He's got a gun that loves 'em!

Grabbed 5! Thanks for the heads up!

There were only two available a few days ago. Tried again last evening and there were plenty! Got 10 tins with free delivery arriving in two weeks. Used to get them from Amazon, but they haven’t been in stock for a while except from sellers with much higher prices.
My SAM, Fortitude and Bandit do just fine with the CPHP. And equally importantly, so does my wallet :)
Thanks for the heads up!!
-
The CPHP .22 are still NOT available for delivery at Walmart.
-
well no probs here on the east slope of the Cascades bout 125 miles from Redmond... they are in stock at the local wally... and I have mutliple rifles and 1322 carbines that love them and the Benji Hollow 14.3...
-
Our local WM had some so I picked up a few tins.
-
New development, my Walmart has these in stock for this price, as they have for awhile, but the .177 CPHPs went up to $7.24. Sign of things to come? The 40 box of CO2 was also a about a buck more expensive I think.
-
Sign of things to come?
It's inevitable
-
$6.24 a tin still at the local Wally-World but expect to see a jump in price any day.
-
I've been slowly buying more and more of these, I'm up to about 30+ tins of just the CPHP and think I have to stop because theres just too many. Local CA walmarts here seem to be restocked regularly and I guess we don't have many shooters because no one else seems to buy them.
Has there been any official announcement of Crosman phasing these out?
-
A little off topic but that picture of the pellet in the ad is the shiniest, most perfect pellet I have ever seen! :D

CPHP's are really shiny compared to any other pellet. Maybe its the alloy they're using with the lead?
-
Momma was encouraged to stop by the local Wally-World but she got all excited when she found four tins of CPHP's and went on a five store rampage!!
23 tins, $6.24 each, I would say we are set for a long while!! ;D

No stock in my area and unable to order for some nonsensical reason. >:(

Us as well, no delivery in Minne-snowta either. Momma shoots her bandit every day, I fill it up off the SCBA bottle in the morning and she gets a good 40-50 shots in. At 4 tins a month, she was hurting for stock.

I was looking hard at a Diana Bandit but the low shot count stopped me from buying one.
Are you saying that you can get 40-50 shots from a Diana Bandit?
What caliber and velocity?
How big is the spread between the min and max velocity?

Oh, heck no! 17 shots before it tanks. I just charge it for her until she's done.
Never chrony'd hers, she just shoots to better her aim for her PB but on the cheap using pellets.
-
About 30 shots on my .22 Bandit before it goes out of the green zone on the gauge. The regulator is set midway—don’t recall what that is. Around 440 FPS.

I'll check with my wife and see what she says. I could be completely wrong on the shot count.
-
Been swaging my own .22 slugs but while in a Wal-Mart the other day to get something else I looked in the sporting goods section and saw they had plenty of all sizes and brands of pellets so I grabbed 2 tins of 500 .22 CPHP at 6.24 each.
-
My local Walmart never carries these, but I had a trip to a nearby town planned anyway. Picked up several tins. You never know when they will be available at this price.
-
I wish you guys would let some slip thru to the LEFT coast,
I haven't seen ANY of any flavor or caliber for over a year............. >:(
I even stopped by the Bif 5 SG store,
they had 1 small can of some Black colored red plastic tipped 177 pellets for $28.95, for 200 rds,
they are still sitting, I guess.
I am getting low also..........
Tia,
Don
-
I don’t often go to Walmart but the few times I’ve been, they haven’t had .22 CPHP. I was able to buy them online with free shipping though.
-
I can finally buy CPHP .22 from Walmart with free delivery over $35.
Now I have enough for a few years.
In a future zombie war I hope the zombies will be the size of squirrels :)

For the very first time, I can get a dozen (full sleeve) of CPHP's delivered to me from WalMart!! Nice!!
-
both of my .22 Max barrels love the 14.3 .22 CPHP and Benji hollows as do my .22 pumpers... and they are still $6.24
My new ish .177 Max is doing dime size groups at 35 yards with the 7.9 .177 CPHP... for a week or so now they are at $5.44 a tin... and I needed to restock... the new tins I picked up shoot the same as my old tins in the Max...

wish they had the 10.3 Ultra mags I am running short last ones I picked up were when they were on sale at wally... My Buc .177 loves them best and at 50 yards... in the Max .177 well hard to pick if the aa 10.3 or cpum do better... oh well with the gateway code and 4 for 3 price they are only about 9 a tin at Pyramyd...
so yep back up to about 7000 of each .177 and .22 CPHP now...
-

still 6.24 here. I suspect its a big YMMV depending on location supply.

Yes but they won't allow it to be put in the cart.
-
I bought the last 6 available to me for shipping. They have a bunch of 177 hp in the store but no 22. Co2 has went up a couple dollars a 40 pack also. I'm glad I dont need percision pellets for my guns/ goals. I'll keep buying as much as I can afford to when they're available cause it doesent seem like the shortage on expensive pellets is going away any time soon.
-
So my next air rifle will very likely be a .22. Picking up items at Walmart amd saw a bunch of these on the shelves at $6.24 (CPHP 500ct, 14gr, .22) New to air guns generally. Is this worth loading up on?

Many people HATE them and work hard to dissuade others from shooting them but my .22 LOVES them!
I have dozens of tins, $6.24 is a steal for pellets, even if they are not liked in all guns.
Go get 'em!!
-
My dreampup, puncher breaker, flashpup, maximus, liberty even my condor shoots these well. I might be able to get better groups with others but for hunting these are affordable and accurate enough I dont miss much. I think key is to tune the gun to the pellet and not vice versa. I do have to slow down the guns to 900fps or less to get good groups. I consider my other guns in other calibers specialty guns because they dont use the crosmans. I guess I'm a really lucky person or I'm not a perfectionist either way crosmans are my staple.
-
I was just checking my local Walmarts to see what one had some in stock to know what one to drive to when i go in Wednesday
Here's what I get now. That covers like all Walmarts in like 50 miles of me.
-
Looks like crosman is fazing these out since walmart is not showing them on their inventory or out of stock status.
-
I strongly doubt that the CPHP are fazed out, still available in many places.
Maybe the Crosman Premier Domed Pellets are fazed out.
-
Just out of curiosity I went to the local Walmart to check their pellet stock. Plenty of 177 in a variety of brands. 22 not so much, but they did have Crosman premier hollow points 500 to a tin for 6.94. They are in a locked case but looked like at least 8 or 10 packs with possibly more behind them.
-
My cuz and my sis each work at a Walmart .
After I posted that screenshot I called sis cause she was on and asked her to look.
She says d there were some like you just said so she grabbed me a brick of .177 cphp.
I just got a brick of cphp .22 a few days ago
So that s 500x 6 of each should hold me till the next scare..
-
I don't shoot enough to invest in stocking up. Truth be told, if the shipping cost wasn't so expensive now I'd probably list all but one or two of guns for sale. I can't list them for a fair price and pay shipping nor can I ask a buyer to do the same. I'll just let them sit until things mellow out or I get frustrated enough to give them away.
-
Yupper, WallyWorld has indeed jacked the price up on the CPHP's...
$6.31 for 500 .22 pellets!
EGADS!!!! ;D ;)

Seems to be sold out online.
Prices have definitely risen recently. I was picking up .177 for about $5.25 and .22 for a dollar more. Went to the local Walmart this morning and the .177 was $7.75 and the .22 again a dollar more. CO2 packs seemed to remain flat though.

Well that settles it now.

I wonder if there will be a fire sale on guns and pellets when the container ships get unloaded sometime in January 2022? I'll stop right there before I get wound up.

I would not bet on any sale any time soon.

crosman pellets are made in NY so they wont be getting off any cargo ships here.
-
Just got back from my local store, $8.93 for .22 and $7.93 for .177. Link in OP also shows $8.93 now.
And $5.44 for 250 count .177 pointed :o
-
Supply and demand..
With all imported pellets likely sitting on ships in the harbor the demand is up for whatever folks can get their hands on.... that would be my thought.
-
I remember last time there were issues. They put a limit on quantities one could buy.
-
Same $8.93 price on Amazon and Walmart.
It's good I stocked up when I could find them.
According to the government people the inflation is transitory, just like life :)
-
walmarts in boise, idaho still have the original prices, for any locals wondering (as of an hour ago)
-
Amazon has .177 tins for $5.99, limit 4 per customer though.
-
Amazon has the CPHP .22 available at $6.24.
-
Good luck to anyone buying pellets through amazon. They're not known for good packaging.

With the hardness of the Crosman pellets and the blister packaging, these have a very good chance of arriving unscathed. What you want to do is order at least 4 packs. This way, they'll ship them in a box, rather than those bubble envelopes.
-
Crosmans may not be sitting in cargo ships but they, like everything else, are subject to materials and transportation costs which have gone up. Lead prices are higher. The news just reported there is a shortage of steel cans (tins, too?). Gas in my area is about twenty cents a gallon more than when the month started. It all adds up.
-
With the shutdown of lead factories in the states, I can see how they would just rebrand some out of country brand and import them in.
-
With the shipping ports behind in off loading, we'd never get them. I just got back from my local WM and bought two tins each of .22's and .177's at the new price as stated, above. I noticed that the Ruger Air Max has edged up to $152 from $148. Anyway, I was OK with the pellet increase in that my store has had little besides Gamo's, Daisy pointed and Destroyers.
My Cabelas, which has had very few pellets for sometime, now looks to have gotten in a bit broader selection. Mostly Gamo and Crosman plus I saw tins of SIG 7.7gr wadcutters. Who's making those?
-
SIG 7.7gr = Someone In Georgia
Just Joking!

Never underestimate the incompetence of Amazon, received 4 Tuesday in a "dang" blister packet. Of course they packaging is beat to *(&^ and it will be a while before I open these up and check them but in the past very few Crosmans have been damaged. Likely due to their hardness as you mentioned.
The ten I ordered before these arrived in a box with NO padding and those were also beat to *(&^. I only use Amazon when I have to, like when these Crosman pellets are about half the going price. I figure if less than half the pellets are damaged I'm still ahead of the game price wise.
-
The CPHP are hard pellets, the hardest I have seen.
I have even reused these pellets after shooting them in my target box with T-shirts as backstop.
I have probably bought 30-40 CPHP tins from Amazon in the past year and did not see a single damaged tin.

Lead prices are not really "higher", at $2200 a ton, its more than during the pandemic but less than 2018.
-
Crosman pellets are good to go from Amazon, the blister packs protect them perfectly well. Any of the the loose tin varieties however, i.e. pretty much everything else, will arrive beaten and battered.
-

I just got (2 days ago) 20 CPHP tins from Amazon from several orders.
4 tins came in 1 small cardboard box.
16 tins came in a bigger cardboard box.
Not a single tin was dented.
The paper wrapping was just a little bent on some tins.
I am happy with Amazon and CPHP.
I have more CPHP pellets coming from Amazon.
People can compain about not finding JSB pellets but I am happy with CPHP .22 and .177, at 1/3 of the price.

Funny that your four were boxed and mine were in a envelope, amazon obviously doesn't have any standards for shipping pellets.
And I completely agree about the CPHP's, all my airguns shoot them very well. I ordered another four from amazon (non-capitalized on purpose), even though the tins usually arrive in rough shape I've only found a few dented skirts so it's worth the risk at this price.
-
4 tins of 177 and 4 tins of 22 showed up today. Two orders one box and two little air pillows. No damage whatsoever.
This is always my experience buying pellets from Amazon when they are blister packed.
All bets are off for all other pellets and Crosman domes in a box are the worst.

-
I have decided (long ago) that I will mostly shoot CPHP .22 and .177.
They shoot about as well or better as most other pellets I tried.
My stash of CPHP has grown a lot in the past few months.
-
I ordered four packs of CPHP from Amazon for $6.24 apiece. They arrived in a cardboard box, with no packing whatsoever inside - just the four bubble packs. Fingers crossed that they're not too badly beat up inside their tins.
-
Go more CPHP .22:
-1 cardboard box of 10 from Amazon
-1 cardboard box of 6 from Walmart
The tins were all thrown inside a small box with no padding, but no padding could have fit in anyways.
As usual only the packaging was bent in various ways, the tins looked fine, except for one which had a very small dent.
I opened up the tine with the small dent and the pellets looked fine inside.
-
They had a few bricks of them at our local WM when I was there this morning at the 6.24 price. I didn't get any because I got a boatload already.
-
Checked my walmart and saw 3 tins of 14.3s but price went up to $8.24. Good thing I have several tins at the $6.24 price.
-
Still at 6.24 at our local as of last evening.
-

Did you actually scan one to verify price? I think you might be surprised. I DIDN'T verify and got burned.
One of my local stores had shelf pricing of $5.44 for the 177 tins and $6.24 for the 22 tins. I grabbed a couple and SCANNED CHECKOUT prices had gone up! I asked for a refund and they said "AMMO, absolutely NO REFUNDS on AMMO." I asked for a manager to make the price correction because they should HONOR the PRICE ON THE SHELF! No-go on that either. Walmart is officially on my spit-list! >:(
-
I did not scan one because I don't need any... I think I have a dozen tins.
However, at our Walmart, you pay what the tag on the shelf says at the time of purchase. Some poor schlep employee may get reemed over not doing his/her job but, that's the price you pay.
-
Thanks for the nudge, I grabbed another dozen from the online order $6.24 each or $6.66 shipped with tax. :o
Are they telling us something here? ;)
-
Amazon still has these for $6.24 but is limiting the quantity to 4. And apparently just ordering 4 more the next day doesn't work...
