I've repurposed an old Radio Shack tripod into a hunting tripod, just fitted a "Y" yoke. Tripods and/or bipods can make shooting much easier. Never tried a clamp for hands free but can imagine the appeal.
I was just back home and there are a couple of outdoors stores that even sell air rifles (Urban to M3!). I picked up a few things, no, not a M3 . But it was one of those things that I did not think about fully until about 150 miles down the road. They had those pop up blinds for around $50. Oh well, saved my wife some money . With blue bird season approaching and two new nest boxes to tend I am going to have to get serious on the little devils.

It came home so quick I'm not sure Memsahib really knew what happened ...lol. Utilty belt, chestpack, popup and Notos is a nice squirrel walk for me. CheersPS sometimes I take a Lowe's bucket to carry the aforementioned jerry-rigged tripod and then sit on inside the popup...also carries my current library book for sittin quiet....
