If you got it from Avator, that's my old 48. I got the steel blank from Hector, and finished it, myself. The third screw, at the rear of the trigger is an overtravel screw. Back that out a little.

Old sticky or dried out grease within the TO-1 triggers can have them very quirky .... 35 year old guns should have some service done IMO
I like the wide face of the custom metal trigger. There's a bit of slop side to side. Aybody shim one of these to stop the side slop?

Because T01 housings are not precision, pressure castings, the lateral tolerance/clearance is variable.You can start with soda can material, if that is too little, then try plastic bottle material.Usually these blades need between 0.005" and 0.010" shimming in total, how you split that into both sides is up to you.Keep us posted!HM
