From reviews I've seen and read it does an amazing job of cutting down G-code and smoothing parts.
Gonna do a quick test on a single baffle later tonight maybe.
My main question is if the Vyper can handle the changes to the G-code.

My understanding, at this point, is that Cura does not do Arcs.
And this plugin accounts for that.
So printing is changed from straight lines, which Cura does, and uses the Arc G-code commands so you get a rounder part.
It mostly shows up on larger parts as a not quite circle, but with flat sides.
Smaller parts you might not see this effect but if G-code is smaller? A part usually prints faster as less x-y movement on the hot end.
X-Y movement is the front to back, left to right movements. Z being the up and down direction.
Here's a link to a video.
If you load your G-Code in NC Corrector, then zoom in on an overhead view? You can see the flat planes of a part as it prints.
Size of a part does not matter. Your still getting flat planes!

OK. Have not tried printing yet but here's the results for a simple baffle.
Cura stock as I have been printing. G-code size is 1.92 MB
Cura with Arc Welder on same file. G-Code size is 633 KB
NC Corrector shows a strange mess but only a test print will really tell me anything.

Nothing really. It's just removing a lot of steps from straight line and converting them to the Arcs to produce a perfect circle.
Now you'd never program a critical part for CNC with flat sides!
The Arc commands will give you perfectly round parts. Only remains to see if the Vyper understands them.
NC Corrector may not understand the G-code at this point. I didn't adjust settings. And NC Corrector is not programmed for 3d Printers.
