I received a 1377 American classic for Christmas of 1982 and apart from a pump cup is Rock solid reliable and accurate.Even the bluing is in fantastic shape despite frequent use!

Pumpers are great! I've got two 1322's and a 392. Starting to make a few mods for mine. A steel breech for one of the 1322's was the first thing I made and it works good. Looking forward to the winter months when I have more time to get in the shop.
Safe shooting!

I introduced 2 co-workers to airguns, this year, by gifting them each a 1377 & both continue to talk about how accurate, inexpensive to shoot & fun the are.
My way adding to my circle of friends … with airguns

I bought a 1377 in 1983 for learning how to shoot long barrel pistols. It survived college, moving to different locations, a divorce, and a cat 5 hurricane. You can't kill a 1377, they are built to last. I rebuilt mine a few years ago and it was well worth it.
