I just got my new Buck Rail Moderator for my .357 Bulldog. I think it looks cool! It tames the Bulldog's bark some. Not backyard friendly or mouse fart quiet by any means. No it's not a Donny FL Emperor or a Pitbull Mega. It was, however only $36 shipped. I'm happy with it. Haven't fired any lead down range with it yet. We'll see how it does in a couple of weeks.

For a while, there was a 3d printable design on the web, but I didn't grab it before it disappeared.

I have a Pitbull, and that thing is nowhere near backyard friendly.
I have a DFL and a Clague for it, but I still wouldn't shoot it in the backyard. The other thing that makes it noisy is the valve. When the Clague is on, the report from the muzzle is somewhat softer, but the noise at the back is still roughly the same.
With the DFL, the noise at the front and the back sound the same.
