Adrian, is that a pic of your gun or a file photo of a newer model. Nice gun. First B4 I've see with a nice checkered stock and clamp on rear sight and 11mm scope grooves. Looks like the adjustable front sight.Just got my B4-2. It has 'Hercules B4-2, Made in China' stamped on the top back end of the receiver. -2=trigger safety. I saw in the seller's pictures a piece of metal running down along the inside back of the trigger guard. Looks like it's attached to a piece under the trigger guard with the rear stock bolt thru it. It folds up behind the trigger to prevent it being pulled. It has the older type welded on rear sight and scope mount and adjustable front sight. New looking. I might re-finish the wood.I need to chrony it to see if it needs a new main spring and piston seal.
Tigger as in the above photographs and nothing like my sidelever QB 88 which has a Gamo type.

Norris, I was just thinking the anti-bear trap slides under the front part of the trigger to keep it from being pulled. I have had them get a little bent or miss-aligned and the end of the anti-bear trap pushes against the front of that piece. Not sure what that would cause but it's not right.
