Well, there is this Chinese Hand pump that was not working. I went thru it and replaced o-rings as required. Found one of the main problems to be an o-ring blown off of the check valve needle at the base of the pump tube. Is there a better / revised version of this valve? Would a Torlon Ball work, or is there too much heat to be feasable? TIA, KeithSorry to revive this but do you know the size of that o ring? Is it a standard o ring? I’d like to order a bunch of them.

@Trucker3573,I am the OP of this thread. I gave that pump to my son to take the place of a mediocre Hill pump that he had. I will see if I have a check valve like that in one of my other pumps to get dimensions from. Need to go through them anyway to make them right. Like most Chinese things, the basic parts are right, just need to be cleaned up a bit to make them function properly.
