My Bulldog has been modified to make 300FPE. Has anyone used this gun for deer and how effective is it? My bullets are Hunter's Supply 190 gr Flat point or NSA 178 gr HP, and I get 20-32" of penetration in 10% ballistic gel.

It jumped in the air, went maybe 50 yards and fell over. It was similar to a buck I shot last year with a 1+ inch 3 blade broadhead at 20 yards. As soon as I figure out how to get gigabytes off the gopro I will post it.The Quackenbush. 58 (3300 psi overfill first shot was probably 340 FPE) took a button buck at 15 yards or so which expired in less than a minute. Partner made a great shot through the back and right into the lung.I think you should expect one shot kills if you hit them in the vitals. It was really a big bore learning experience for me and previous to this weekend I had questions similar to yours too.
I am just amazed that his bulldog can supposedly hit 300 fpe. Even the Power Pitbull can only make 225 fpe.
That makes sense with the higher air pressure , .... we are now hitting 348 FPE with the AEA big 9 bullpup .357 30 inch barrel right out of the box running 3800 to 4000 psi starting pressure ...

It's a shame the Challenger platform is so heavy. Now I'm eyeballing the .30/.357 HP's and the Terminator
