Mounted a Hawke red dot on my Crosman 1701P. Out of the box was dead on at 10 meters.

It happens, but not often. I put a Hawke Airmax on my HW95 .20 after centering it with a mirror, drew a black dot on a piece of paper and took a shot at 20 yards. Went out to look at where it hit the paper as I'd head the impact. I'm looking all around and thinking it might have just hit the edge of the backer, so I'm looking all over the place when I notice it hit the black dot dead center. I went on to shoot a very nice 3/8" group with four more shots. I was pretty impressed too. I was kind of laughing to myself, heck who needs 10 or 15 shots to get sighted in.....
