I am in process of buying a under leaver. And I am researching my options. While I was researching the B3 I noticed that the velocity numbers varied from seller to seller.Ok we all know that most manufacturers fudge the velocity numbers but I found a wide range of advertised velocity with a low of 410 fps to a high of 700 fps. So my question is do these guns come in different power levels?
46U/Leverage are a good choice. Trigger's not that great. Maybe MM tune will fix that. But Everyone needs at least one B3 in there life.

So my question is do these guns come in different power levels? I bought two B3s from a Cummins Truckload Sale truck in West Virginia a couple decades ago for $19.95 each, cobbled together the two into one pretty good shooter with some custom turned parts. Unmodified, the leather sealed gun shot 8.4 grain pellets at about 550fps. After some modifications including and oring sealed piston cap, fitted spring guide, trigger work, replacing the factory trigger pins with better fitting home turned pins the gun shot rather accurate and the 8.4 grain dome velocity was increased to 700fps using the same spring. Actually, I was surprised by the accuracy because the B3 bore was "as rough as a corn cob".........25 yard group using factory iron sights..........25 yard group using a 6x Burris Compact scope that cost 3x more than both B3s.......... The mods done..........Cleaning up the factory piston and replacing the leather seal with an oring sealed piston cap........... Replacing the crooked and loose fitting factory spring guide with a fitted Delrin guide.......... Added a bend to the trigger spring to reduce the trigger pull and replaced the sloppy fitting trigger pins..........
Tim, You have me and my sons looking at the Synergis as a future purchase. I told them I was out until I shoot the .22 Browning Leverage I got from AoA a couple of weeks ago.
