I was out at a buddies shooting and adjusting my new FX Maverick PCP. I let the bottle reg pressure drop to low and after clearing stuck pellets I could not get any air pressure to the barrel, even though the rear reg was reading 110bar.
Called Trenier Outdoors where I purchase it from and left a voice mail message. Not 10 minutes later Jeff called me back.Walked me through a couple of check items. And sure enough got my problem solved.
NOW that is customer service.
